Electronic Tax Invoice

For your convenience, DHL will reissue post clearance duty payment invoice on your behalf, and issue electronic tax invoice on the customs services provided by DHL.

Request for Post Clearance Duty Payment Invoice

For customs cleared shipments, tax invoice can be issued if duty and tax charges are paid to the Korea Customs Services (KCS) within 15 days. You can request tax invoice for post clearance duty payment at the Korea Customs Services websiteExternal Link / New Window, or also through DHL, who can act on behalf of you for your convenience.
Since January 1, 2010, the National Tax Services requires all corporate taxpayers to issue electronic tax invoices, under Article 16, Paragraph 2 of the Value Added Tax Law.

In accordance with the revision, DHL Express Korea will issue and send electronic tax invoices for charges related to customs services, which include bonded storage and customs clearance disbursement by DHL.
