Notification on Service Point Customer’s Identification Check

From Sep 2019, we will be conducting identification checks on all DHL Service Point walk-in customers.

Before we pick up or hand you the package, we cordially ask you to provide your (or the representative) passport or the alien identification card as available so that we can guarantee the integrity of your package and confirm that the package is delivered to the right person as per the DHL internal security procedure.

If you are not the consignee as written on the waybill, please submit an authorization letter from the actual consignee or a business card to prove you are the employee of the company to receive the package.

We seek your support and understanding to treat our staff with mutual respect, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
